Came here just to check out car seats for the first time and we told the rep that it was our first time trying to figure out car seats and we got a one word response and no help or information at all. Another white couple were getting proper treatment with information about the different car seats and strollers. Extremely rude.
We came to snuggle bugz and was helped by Lisa - she was incredible spent so much time and was able to source out items for us from different stores so we wouldn't have to settle! She gave us all the necessary information to make an informed choice and also gave us extra things to think about that we wouldn't have thought of on our own and saved us from being stuck with a purchase that wouldn't have worked for us. Great customer service we would definitely recommend this location and Lisa to all our friends!
Superb experience with Deandra! I'm a ftm, have no idea what I'm doing, and feel a bit overwhelmed by the options out there. Yet these are big purchases and some non returnable so I want to make smart choices. I had my heart set on the Nuna PIPA carseat and TAVO stroller, but when I went to the store and dry tested the PIPA it wouldnt fit in my sub compact SUV (Hyundai Venue). I tried multiple while I was there to find the right one, and then tested with various strollers and bassinet combos to find what would work best for me and baby. I also got lots of tips, honest assessments of how things worked (Deandra had some first hand experience), and took the opportunity to go around the store, easily adding things to my registry with their scanner. I was honestly there for hours and much appreciate Deandra's time and patience with me and my questions! I came out of it feeling so much better informed and with my carseat/ stroller / bassinet needs taken care of!
My husband and I visited Snuggle Bugz and were assisted by Deandra. Deandra took her time to thoroughly explain car seats and strollers, & answered all of our questions. She assisted us by demonstrating how to set up the car seat & all the functions. Deandra showed no sales pressures and we both walked away extremely impressed with her knowledge and service. We're very happy with our purchases!
Recently bought a car seat here and had a great experience. I was able to try the car seats in my car to ensure I was choosing the right fit and the staff was very knowledgeable of the products. The colour I wanted was not in stock, so the purchase was made for the car seat to be delivered directly to my house. It came the very next day on a Saturday! Amazing
Mary was excellent. We went there to shop for strollers and car seats. She spend a good amount of time explaining different options and how each option could fit our needs. Personalized customer service at its finest.
Janelle in Milton was just awesome; she spent time to explain the strollers' features to me, reviewed my options, etc. I spotted something I really liked online and they put it on hold for me even with the great sale price and limited quantity. When I got there, I spent some time making my decision and was not rushed or pressured into anything; she provided me info where needed and gave me space when she saw I needed a moment. Only downside is their price matching is extremely strict towards brick & morter not online stores & some products are a bit pricey; it is more of a boutique shop. Great overall experience!
i just came back from the Milton location and one of the staff was completely drunk and couldn't stand on her feet. she was very rude to me and to all customers she was interacting with. i don'rt recommend to go to that store at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We went into the Milton location looking for a stroller but not knowing which model would work best for us. The sales team here (particularly Jeanine) was extremely helpful and informative. She listened to what it was we wanted in a stroller and gave us some great options. Definitely recommend this place.
I don't know how much money I will actually spend here if any, prices are very high for the same products you can find elsewhere, I mean exactly the same brand less money! Seems kind of foolish to overspend here just because. Service was fine we were greeted when we entered the store and the employee helped us find what we were looking for it was the price that made me leave.
