Zero stars if it was an option. Worst customer service ever. Sleep Country double charged my credit card for over 7k. When my cc was frozen & I was charged a $29 over limit fee, SC in Milton & Mississauga did nothing to help until 14 days later when they issued a credit. 2 weeks with no cc. I was refused the store managers' names & method of contact. I'm still out $29. I dread having a warranty issue. Sleep Country's customer service should be renamed 'Empty Promises'. I will never buy anything from them again. BBB is inundated with complaints about them, including mine. EDIT thank you Melissa for your concern. As clearly stated, I already reached out to the Milton and Mississauga stores with my complaint many times by phone and email. I'm sure these stores will remember me. All I get are empty promises & an invitation to spend more money in your stores. Hopefully, Melissa you will respond to my BBB complaint. Thanks again for nothing.
DO NOT and I can't reiterate this enough, DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP COUNTRY UNLES YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT YOU WANT IT. Return policy? Ah ha ha. Nope. Not listed on thier website, nor the receipt. Purchased a pillow for $259, and tried to return the next day as it was too heavy for the bed, and was told too bad. I was never told that you could not return the pillow or anything else. It's all FINAL SALE. Absolute scam...
Wendy was great. Thank you for offering us no tax if we went ahead with the purchase. However, the gentlemen who was observing us and his colleague (Wendy) was condescending and very unprofessional. Their work environment was TOXIC which made us decide not to go back for a purchase.
I bought a Temperpedic mattress and pillow in April. Wendy Lai helped me with my choice. She was very pleasant to deal with and was very knowledgeable and looked after me very well. I would definitely suggest Sleep Country to my friends. Overall, a good experience.
Do yourself a favour and go to halton mattress. They are amazing there and I should have read the reviews about the joke that is sleep country before buying my mattress there. Less than four years old and it’s already garbage because it’s coming apart at the seems and the warranty doesn’t cover that. Seriously?!?!? What DOES it cover? A joke. And the mattress set isn’t even that good.
Charged us the fee to remove old mattress and box spring. Then told us they would only take one piece because we bought new mattress and bed that doesn’t use a box spring. Called head office and they were not at all concerned and told me to call this Milton store. They were also useless. Lousy customer service. Do not recommend using them. Was surprised considering they have a good brand and in spite of spending $3700 for two mattresses from this location will not buy anything from them or sleep country again.
Milton location extremely bad CSR. Was not interested to help. Both of them were not aware of the offers currently going on in store and does not want to help or talk to my husband and me. 100% disappointed will never ever go to sleep country again
