The store offers a great collection. The service provided by Scott to help my wife get a new bike was commendable. Accessories sold are of good quality and the store can fit them for you. They provide tune up option too.
I bought a new seat for my ebike and for the life of me I could not figure out how to put the new one on the post of bike...needed 4 hands.. took seat and parts to these guys and had it put together in minutes and wouldn't take any money.... didn't buy my bike from them but sure wish I had...I thought I had done my research on the bike I picked..but they showed me 1 bike that was right up my alley... next bike will be bought from these guys...
Bought my first bike from Mill Town Cycle in 2023, a Giant Talon 1, a wonderful experience. The second Talon 1 because the first was stolen in 2025. Unfortunately this purchase did not go according to plan. The manufacturer changed a fundamental spec in the bicycle, the fork, and I wasn't happy. Long story short, Scott and Joe went way and above, making several calls to suppliers to ultimately find a solution. I've dealt with many bicycle shops across the GTA over the years. Joe and Scott are operating the best bike shop in the West GTA. GREAT FRIENDLY service on all biking needs. I got my 1st road bicycle from these experts and I have never regretted being a loyal customer.

The guy i got dealt with was extremely rude. Talked to me like he was doing my life a favor. To be fair, i had been to the shop before and the other (less skinny?) guy/owner was a nicer guy to talk to. However, the second experience was enough for me to avoid this shop completely.
When I called this place to ask if they have any blue bikes for a toddler they said yes. We got there in 45 minutes and saw a pink bike but no blue. The staff said he will check if there are any went to the washroom and told us sorry no blue bike. Don't waste people's time. Be honest and upfront on the phone as we drove quite a bit to get here.
