Amazing experience at Chatime! Great service from the staff — especially the on-time and super friendly employee who served me. The drinks here are always fresh, and honestly, this is the best boba I’ve ever had. Definitely my go-to Chatime location!
The place itself is great, but I definitely don’t like how they only have one employee working at any given time. Every single time i’ve gone here, there was only a single person managing everything. Their management should have AT LEAST 2 people working at all times, it’s not fair for the one person working to have to manage every single thing for long periods of time. It puts a lot of pressure on them and I feel bad everytime i see it.
The customer service here is unacceptable. The staff were rude and dismissive from the start, and when I asked for a simple cup of ice water—after already purchasing a drink—I was told it would cost extra. That’s unreasonable, since basic water is something most places provide without issue. To make matters worse, the staff then proceeded to speak in another language about me in a clearly negative way, assuming I couldn’t understand them. Not only is that unprofessional, it’s deeply disrespectful. As a paying customer, I should never be treated this way. This experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, and I will not be returning.-Saturday August 30 8:30pm-9:00.
This has to one of my favorite boba places ever! The service and workers are super kind and nice and the boba I always get is perfection. Been loyal to this store ever since it opened and I can't go back. I also really appreciate and love that all the jelly they have is gelatin free which is super vegetarian friendly.
My regular bubble tea spot in Milton I come to this Chatime pretty often and it’s usually a great experience. Staff are friendly, service is quick, and the shop’s clean and relaxed — nice for a quick stop or to chill for a bit. I usually get the mango drink with boba — refreshing and sweet, hits the spot almost every time. There was one time it tasted a little watered down, but most visits have been solid. Just a heads-up: I did once get a snack that was past the expiry date, so it’s worth double-checking your order. Lots of drink choices and toppings, and prices are standard — around $7–$9 depending on what you get. Overall, definitely one of the better bubble tea spots in Milton.
One of the worst boba spots in town, it tastes so bad compared to other spots like I heart boba, I tried it twice and will NEVER be back. When we complained the worker rudely told us that we have no right to complain, not happy with this watered-down experience - don’t waste your time and money!
Kate took good care of my order, helping me promptly and being very courteous to me. Her service was great and the bubble teas were delicious (taro chiller and grass jelly milk tea). I would highly recommend this Chatime for your bubble tea.
