Was just at TMT buying a prime rib. The people there were fantastic. They answered all my questions, cut the meat as I wanted and explained where they source from . Great first experience. Will be back again.
An absolutely wonderful experience every time. The quality of the meat is amazing, and the staff are so pleasant and knowledgeable and are happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have. Couldn't ask for a better experience each time we visit. You won't be disappointed!
As the boys make an uncomfortable and automatic noise when they take the first bite, they will, wide-eyed, stammer out "W...where... who?".. You will get the best product, for a great price, from great people.
It was my first time at the Meat Terminal and my first time buying brisket. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted right away. The owners walked me through how to prepare and smoke the brisket. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The store was fairly large, very clean, and had a big product selection. They also had a variety of rubs, sauces, pickles, and condiments. I bought some Postmasters Ancho Coffee rub for the brisket - hoping to get a nice bark on the meat. I'll definitely be back to this establishment in the future.
Excellent quality products and the customer service is remarkable. I'm new to buying directly from a butcher, and both times I've visited the employees have been so incredibly patient and taken the time to explain everything. I don't live in the area and will gladly make the drive out to Milton to buy my meats here.
The lady with high pitch voice is extremely rude, controlling and rude again. I’ve asked her if the men who usually cuts meat is sick today and she replied to me that it’s none of my business. She said it in a very aggressive way. Excuse me, I’m the customer and this is no way to speak to a customer this way. I have every right to ask if the men cutting the meat is sick and if you don’t wish to answer me you can do it in a polite way. I’m telling you all, this lady is very very rude!!! She also diverges and doesn’t answer the question that is being asked. So annoying on top of being extremely rude!
