Originally I went to buy a phone case, over the years I have returned numerous time s for screens & protectors, new cases, cords, new phones, switching SIM cards, repairing iPads & asking technical questions, they are always friendly helpful, reasonable and fair, that Iv come to trust them with all my phone iPad and technical needs. Stay far away from this sketchy place! In April 2024, a relative and I got what we thought were Apple headphones from this spot at the mall, and I’m beyond frustrated. I've been here before to get an old phone screen repaired or to buy a new case, so I trusted them. But I knew something was off when they tried to sell these Apple Earpods with Lightning Connector for $35, then immediately dropped it to $30 when I questioned the price—total red flag! They usually cost $25, (you can find that on the official Apple site) so why the weird negotiation? Against my better judgment, I gave in, but as soon as I got them, I noticed there was no serial code on the box, and they looked like they were made from used parts. Once opening them, the headphones were almost tangled in the box, has a weird blue tape attached, and the box was in bad shape. The sound is absolutely awful, the clicker for the volume is embarrassingly loud, and to top it off, I got a random prompt for wireless Beats headphones on my screen when I plugged them in! They’re clearly not what they claim to be. It's a total scam. The worst part? They even make a weird noise when I tap them in my ear, similar to wireless Bluetooth headphones! It's crafty and dishonest. Total rip-off. I was beyond frustrated. Please, do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate store if you want real products.
The owner is scammer and a liar, I went there to purchase a phone the owner tell me $200 flat for the phone and he told $15 flat for the phone case then I paid with debit card and to behold $245 and some cent came off my debit card. No dear your employee didn't punch the wrong numbers,the employee who you referring to is your self, I confronted you the same day you still go ahead with your lies, just as what you doing right now with response, just admitted your a scammer a certified one at that.

Great experience! Needed a replacement battery for my phone, and the service was fast, high quality, and competitive. Will definitely recommend checking them out if you need any phone or tablet assistance. Update the next morning - phone battery is not performing. Charged overnight and only reached 97%, used for about 15mins and it's already down to 87%. Not pleased!
Fantastic, family run, cell phone shop. I have had four cracked screens repaired for a very reasonable price. The tech even came in on his day off to get my phone back to me same day. Would highly recommend for all cell phone needs and repairs.
