The clothes are good quality but here’s the issue I had with the store: No one I mean no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The staff avoided eye contact making me feel discriminated against. An employee passed by me avoiding eye contact at all costs. How rude!!!!!!
I would give their service and return policy zero stars if I could. I purchased items online (multiple orders) didn’t have receipts but was open for store credit. The staff refused and said you have to purchase something right now of the same value. The lady clearly was in a bad mood and rude. I returned similar order at Old Navy in the same outlets mall no issues but my goodness this store’s staff and policies seem to be the worst. Not going there again for sure.
The fur lining pants are my favourite. They keep kids warm. Prints are cute.. But lately I have started feeling that the Color gets faded after couple of washes.
Overall good experience. Once I wanted to exchange an item and return another item. The exchange was done then I was charged the item I was supposed to be refunded. LOL. We have to pay attention for our own good.
The process was painless, however, their curbside pickup times have not been advertised or available when you call the store. So i had to make multiple trips to see the curbside timing sign on their door in person. Other than the poor advertisement, the process was amazing!
Great location, lots of parking space, friendly and helpful staff. Good quality clothes, nice variety. Haven't had any issues with exchanges or returns thus far. Great place to shop for children.
I had the worst experience at this Carters store, today. I went to the store on the weekend to buy outfits for my newborn daughter and I was going to use the welcome coupon I received on the carters online website. After my purchase I realized the staff missed applying the code and they told me to come back another day to apply the code since they closed the register as it was end of the day. I understand everyone makes a mistake so I was okay to come back next day even if I have a newborn at home. I came back next day 15minutes before store was supposed close since that’s the only time I had, and the staff at the register gave me the biggest attitude and said “o you came 15mins before closing” in the most derogatory way. I was so offended and she made such a big deal that she had to do the full refund and had to ring all the items again. Excuse me it’s your guys fault, you forgot to ring the coupon yesterday or I would never have to come back again. Not all the staff here are rude so I don’t want to give everyone a bad name. It’s hard enough to be a new mom and try to keep up with everything, I don’t need attitude from some employee who is just supposed to their job.
