What the heck is going on here. Was there an ownership change? Went twice and the lady who is there can't clearly speak English. Not to offend but how and why would you insert a person who is just learning English? On to the main complaint, the tailor is NEVER around. When I'm being told that the tailor would be back in 5 mins, I don't want to wait 30 mins only to be told I still have to wait even more. Two Tuesdays in a row and no tailor. Once at 2:15 pm and once at 4pm. How does this place even run? If your hours of operation says one thing but it operates on its own timing, then what's the point? They were very good and organized, now it's a mess. Sitting there witnessing clients complaining, listening to clients voice similar opinions to mine....not a very good atmosphere to be in. The energy there is completely off-putting now. Need to find a new tailor and someone who takes their business seriously.
I had brought in a small dog harness that I loved to see if they could somehow make it small enough to fit my tiny dog. It was a last resort. Sure I could have bought a different harness. But I loved the print and figured it was worth a shot. They worked hard and fixed up the harness just right. It fits perfectly and I’m so thankful!!
I have been to Stitchland a few times now and they have proven themselves every time. Nice people, easygoing, fast, and reliable. I will continue to go there for any alternation work because they're just that good.
I brought in my pants for hemming and they got it done on an urgent notice and charged me extra but later removed the urgent charge because they had not informed me about it, because of their service and understanding in this transaction I will definitely be bringing a lot more clothes here. ?
Super unimpressed. We were recommended this tailoring shop by Hugo boss. I will be phoning them to tell them to stop. The tailor did not know how to put on suspender buttons, they are way too far apart and look ridiculous. When we said that he proceeded to argue with us. He also shortened the pants too much, didn't press the bottom where he hemmed and left chalk on them. Update: I ended having to take to another tailor to redo the entire thing including the waist being taken in. Also the tailor did not offer to redo the suspender buttons as he says he did. Hugo boss will no longer recommend
This seamstress store is AMAZING! Super responsable and the prices are the best! From the most difficult pieces to the most simple. Highly recommended!
