Untrained staff I asked for ice capp and they gave me ice coffee. I even refused to give the bill to me so that i cannot mention the order id. Even the staff don't know how to print order copy. Happened on 07/06/25 at 5.45pm.

Being a Tim Hortons fan sad to hear that they charge for water. I asked a small(one bag) greentea in a large cup of hot water to dilute.. and the answer I got they charge that as large coffee.. when I questioned the answer was yes we charge for water..
