We used Miltown to address an issue with a Lenovo Ideapad, still under warranty. John Sr was great to talk to over the phone and in person. The issue was fixed within the given time period. What little experience we've had with Miltown, they seem like a good group and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again for computer services.

Have been here several times in the past few years and always got excellant and fast service and advice. I use my laptop all day and night 7 days per week. Today, a Saturday I needed help fast and as I was phoning I noticed it was closing time. They stayed open for an extra hour so I could rush there with 20 minutes to go, and fixed my problem on the spot. I would not take my expensive X-1 Carbon anywhere else. Helped me change the BIOS serial number and model number after a motherboard change. The owner greeted us and was able to update in 5 minutes. I had the Lenovo warranty so he didn’t charge me for the service. He also took the time to answer all my questions regarding my laptop. Best computer service centre I have ever been to!
