I have been extremely delighted with my meals from Clean Plates so far. I have been buying their fitness low carb dishes and have been the envy of office with their healthy dishes. My favourite so far has been the Turkey bolognese and Turkey stir fry. It’s definitely helped keep me on track to reduce my calorie intake and their customer service has been amazing. Thank you to the chefs, nutritionist and Mark in customer service.
These meals are amazing! My daughter is the pickiest eater and was living off granola bars at University… Finally found an option she really enjoys! I am so relieved to know she is eating healthy, well-balanced meals :)

Clean Plates is far and away the BEST meal plan company in the business. And I've tried them all. I have receipts. The meals are INCREDIBLE, so much variety and DELICIOUS!!
