I moved to diferent pharmacy 5 years ago, my wife did this today for hers and our kids prescriptions. Constant issues not getting presriptions ready on time, arguing about quantities, and the worst part - charging insurance company without us picking up medications (happened sevaral times). I wonder how this place is still not investigated by authorities?

Great fast service! Needed some help with allergies and the pharmacist was able to help me get a prescription right away, no need to see a doctor! Amazing experience!

It’s very clean, spacious and well stocked. My only complaint is how poorly staffed this location is. They had 4 pharmacy techs in the back, and a single retail employee. Only 1. They had to do everything alone. Face the stock, tidy, and do cash. The store is quite sizeable, so there can be a few min wait for them to return when you’re ready to check out. They were very friendly and appreciative. The prices are better than Shoppers. I saved $8 on the 2 products I purchased here, vs Shoppers.

I went to the post office to pick up a package and Parth was about to go on break but decided to stay and assist the line at the post office. He provided an excellent experience!

This is the absolute worst place ever to shop. I have had multiple negative confrontations. I would want to put 0 stars for this company for how bad it is, imagine just doing your casual shopping and getting accused of stealing not once, not twice, but three times. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The manager here biases, and discriminates against a certain group of individuals. Rexall claims to be an inclusive place, but it does not seem too inclusive. They had pictures of people behind the cash register of people who have stole. Based off of that, if you are a teenager of a young adult, I would recommend to not come to this place ever, you’ll be better off elsewhere, where you won’t be discriminated against. The dark skinned manager should get audited. She had brought a bunch of employees to surround me just because she is accusing me of stealing quoting “I saw something on the camera” but having no proof on me likewise. The customer service here needs to be reevaluated. This is not acceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere to a place with more honesty, and integrity. The manager is picking on people that look/seem young. Please fix your customer service. That is how you lose business, and eventually end yourself up with a terrible reputation…

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is way too high for the Pharmacy. Rexall grocery itself is great and employees too but the pharmacist should be reconsidered by his boss and fired immediately. Never stepping foot in here again and I will go out of way to tell everyone to never go to this location.

UPDATE - Indian male pharmacist with glasses was very polite and helpful on a follow up visit for a emergency off-counter medication needed for my spouse. Happy that he was attentive and assisted right away. Incident occured on 2022-08-18 around 8.30pm EST. Lack of professionalism is outstanding here ... I came from the emergency room at milton hospital which took about 4.5 hours before I finally received my prescription. Upon arriving at this rexall an indian girl and indian man (with glasses) were the only 2 pharmacist during the evening shift. At first everything was going smoothly as they were able to gather 3/4 medications prescribed. It turns out the doctor had not written the correct dosage amount on the 4th medication which prompted them to notify me accordingly and inform me they would not be able to give it to me unless they could get the right dosage. I was very sick this day and explained it is important that I received all my medication and they informed me they would contact the hospital and fax them an immediate request. Based on how long it took them to receive little to no response, I sensed the urgency was not made clear. I know this when the indian girl eventually came back to me and said she faxed it and no ones responding so theres nothing much they can do. Her response was for me to go back to the hospital and get them to fix it and come back. I was in total shock as there was no other contingencies in place or solutions to provide? Not only did I ask them to retry she eventually left since her shift was done and had absolutely no remorse for my condition. What makes this even worse is throughout the whole time I was sitting there patiently both the male and female pharmacists were cracking jokes and laughing. When I confronted the male pharmacist about this he made it clear it was for some other matter. Regardless, when you see a client in a tense situation it speaks volumes on how you behave. Clearly the only thing of concern was to make sure they were able to close on time and leave for the day. I would highly recommend you visit the shoppers drug mart on derry and bronte plaza for better service and longer hours of operation as well.
