I went in with my sister today at 5:00pm and the sales lady there was so odd (not the owner - owner was not present and is rarely ever present). My sister wanted to try on a few dresses and we only got to one before we felt really uncomfortable and wanted to leave. We asked the woman what the lowest price was for one dress and she told us $700 (ticket price was $750). She began to say that she sold this dress for $900 multiple times. I asked her how this was possible when the ticket price is $750? She responded by saying that the previous price was $1k and this dress is incredibly popular. I asked “If this is the case and the dress is really popular - why would you mark it down from $1k to $750?” This question really offended the woman and she said she doesn’t need to explain her business practices and “secrets” to me. Honestly, all I wanted was an honest sales representative. If this dress is a clearance item, then please say so as we genuinely don’t mind. We had no issue paying $700 and likely would have if she just stopped speaking at that time. She started saying that she wasn’t affiliated with the “Naz Fashion Bug” brand and the practices taken place by this brand have nothing to do with her - this confused me as I wasn’t trying to hold her accountable to these practices… it was a genuine question as I was hoping to seek the truth. The lady was spewing so many strange comments that I requested my sister to change into her regular clothes so we can leave. I also requested that she stay quiet as I had a baby with me and her comments were making me very uncomfortable while holding a 6-month old. I’ve had mediocre encounters at this location before with various sales representatives but this time was the nail in the coffin for my sister and I. I asked the woman for her name but she refused to give it to me. I can describe her as someone who was in her mid-40s and proudly stating she is passionate about fashion and acupuncture? I assume she didn’t want to leave her name with me as knows that she was behaving inappropriately with my sister and I and did not want to be held accountable as a result. The management should really reconsider hiring quality, mentally stable staff for their location.
Had a great experience shopping here for my daughters. We were not only given employee support when asking questions but also were given advice on what was most suitable to purchase. Definitely see myself coming here more often.
I absolutely loved the clothes I got made from the shop. The quality of the fabric and the attention to detail was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The shopper was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She listened to our ideas and made sure to incorporate them into the design to make the clothes truly unique. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a custom dress!
Terrible customer service! Went on an empty Saturday and liked only one thing as a wedding outfit and was told I can’t try it on since I don’t have an appointment - but it was empty and there were two people working there!
They give a lot of offers but that dresses, bags, dictionaries, beauty products and shoes are not the best quality and very very low quality. I would not recommend this shop and a roadside shop (platform) is better than this shop
Absolutely awful. I’ve been to this store a couple times to look at Bridal outfits and mehndi outfits. The most recent being yesterday. The lack of customer service and professionalism is astounding. The woman “helping” you, doesn’t move from where she stands, when asked about sizes, informs you that their store caters to only “small & medium sized brides”, when asked if they had anything larger she informed me that they do not carry “things like that”. Forgoing the absolute apathy this woman displayed, it’s lunacy to drive away clients like this. Not only are you alienating an entire client base, but you’re making sure to turn an enjoyable process for the bride into one that will leave her with self esteem issues. Do better.
