Ordered here tonight around 6pm and I was amazed how staff handled the rush. The guy that was on the cashier was professional to cater all the customers despite of too many orders. Great food too! Me and my wife had beef wth the thick noodles and its amazing especially their teriyaki sauce! I wonder what they put in it that taste better than the ones in grocery stores
If I could leave a zero I would’ve. They didn’t pack my meal with my Uber Eats order. Nothing like spending $70 for dinner and not getting your meal. Called the store didn’t care that someone didn’t get their dinner. Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Don’t get me started with Uber Eats. Great I got a credit but no meal. This is exactly why I hate using these apps. Last time I even consider ordering EDO ever again. Shame on this location.
Edo left Hamilton years ago. Found one in Milton and drove round trip 2 hours 28 minutes and I will do it over and over and over thank you so much!! My bizarre quadruple shrimp order was accepted the food is even better than I remember AND I got a bottle of your teriyaki oh I missed it! You guys are amazing pleeeeease consider coming back! Best teriyaki I have ever had worth the drive❤️
Food is always spot on. I came in pretty close to closing time and they were still nice and took their time making what I ordered. Happy to see that they employ Canadian youth. I just wish they had a tip option on their debit machine.
The service was great, especially since it was our 1st time there and needed some help with choosing our dishes. Great advice. The Teriyaki Hawaiian chicken bowl was fresh and delicious. We also got the bento box chicken/beef Teriyaki with Tempura shrimp and spring rolls. Delicious. The spring rolls were huge and tasty. Definitely will be back.
The service is great and the employees are really kind, they're also very fast and the food is delicious! It's also aesthetic inside, the interior is amazing and lighting is great for photos. this restaurant is my new favourite, would 100% recommend.
So happy to have you in Milton! One suggestion, broccoli and other veggies are slightly overcooked. I would cut the cooking time lightly shorter. Edo teriyaki sauce brings my memory back to my high school days. Happy 1 year anniversary!!!
