That lady working in the evening shift was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t even know how do they end up working in retail with such arrogant and condescending behaviour. I tried a suit including the trousers and after I walked out of the trial room to see the fit in a proper mirror, walked up to me ask how it feels and then asked me to give her the trousers so that she could hang it back. I told her politely, will change and give it you, looking around for other options. While I was looking at a few other suits reminded me again to give her the trousers. I ignored and went to change as I didn’t find what I was looking for. While I was changing SHE REALLY WALKED TO THE TRIAL ROOM OUTSIDE AND ASKED ME TO GIVE HER THE TROUSERS. She really wanted those pants aye! BTW there was no other customer in the store and still had 25 minutes to close on a weekday. If they really don’t want us to try trousers, either make it a store policy or keep trial trousers. No one is buying a 2 or 3 piece suit without seeing the fit and comfort of trousers. Walked out perplexed with that behavior and she walking to the trial room door to get those pants was the nail in the coffin. Never walking into that store again. Yikesss!
Came here today for groom wedding suit shopping. Ahmed was very polite and knowledgeable for our questions and feedback. Would definitely recommend! Good variety
My father passed away on Friday, June 6 2025, and I needed to get a suit for his funeral as quickly as possible. As this was my first suit I was unsure of what to expect or what I was looking for. Rob was immediately very helpful, and kind considering my fragile state. Eternally grateful for him, his kindness, and quick service when I unexpectedly needed the suit tailored. Highly recommend speaking to Rob
We went this afternoon to do the suits for my fiance and his groomsmen. We waited about 10 minutes before a salesperson even came over to help. We had Bushra (which I now see she has many complaints), who was beyond rude. She told me fiance he must have gained weight because he’s not the same size that he was last year. She also laughed and told me I have to do the profile first before coming into the store. She proceeded to walk away and didn’t help us again. So we were left to find our own sizes and figure out what sizes the guys needed, with no additional help. To see the amount of complaints and nothing be done is wild. Retail is not the space for her at all.
Very nice place with reasonable price and good quality. I loved the team (Christina )she is so professional, helpful and patient with customer... highly recommended
If you are going to proudly display "since 1909" then back it up with quality items and sales people with, at the very least, "good" customer service. They reflect the company they work for and they have portrayed Tip Top in a negative way. I was warned by friends to try elsewhere but I did not heed their advice as it was close by and convenient. It seems that if they do not have your size in stock at that particular store you pay for alterations. Why not order in the correct size or suggest I try another location? Maybe they could even offer to call for me? The reason of course is that they will make more money from you if they have to alter it. How do I know that the person checking for our size is not just saying it is out of stock at this location? I did not check the sizes, they did. My husband would have been an off- the-rack size but because they apparently do not have enough stock, it cost us much more than we anticipated. Why should we have to pay for their low stock issues? When we went to pick up the suit, no one came to see how the fit was or offer us a bag to take it home in on a rainy day. I had to ask for it and someone just handed me a suit bag for me to do it myself in the middle of the store. Remember that without customers there is no need for employees. I have a call in to their customer service at the moment to voice my concerns.
