Exceptional service from employees who were at the store this past Monday!!!! You just don't get service like this anymore!! Which is why my review is two days later (I can't stop thinking about it and comparing the service to other stores these days)!! Great ideas, helpful and even willing to carry things out to the car!! Amazing for 2025! Well done Ladies!!
Smaller store but great staff great service! I was picking up an online order and was told to bring the car around and put my stuff in it but even before I could get out of the vehicle the girl at check out came out running with a huge center table and put it all the way in the trunk for me. I really appreciated that as she went over and above of what was expected. The store was very organized even though it was busy. Like I said store itself isn't that big and doesn't have all the varieties the bigger locations have but it's a good browse and they will always have something you might like so it's never a waste of time.
Store is really good! Staff is really nice... nice and trendy home decor variety is available.. well prices may be high for some but overall the store prices are reasonable.. would love to see more variety in black cushions. The heart shaped white boxes are so beautiful...
Went to pick up an online order of two items I purchased on Boxing Day... When I got in store I changed my mind on one of the items and chose a different bench instead. Staff didn't even question my change of mind and honored my original promotion on the exchange without hesitation. l left very happy and got what I wanted, no hassle.
Good selection of curtains and some decent sales items but I thought they would have a wider selection of items for home and I was surprised to learn they don't have curtains you can easily cut nor do they sell fabric tape to help hold up long curtains. Did I mention they mostly sell long curtains, lol!
Can usually always find something for a good price here. Their one downfall is they don't tend to turn over the products/trends that often. Visited 2 times in 2 months but had the exact same products available on the shelves.
