Always like going to this place to get annual Christmas Ornaments. The people working there are very friendly and willing to help assist customers with their questions and purchases. Their Christmas Ornament collection is second to none. I’m sure they have other collections of gift, ideas along with gift cards, but my focus is Christmas Ornaments. Thanks Hallmark!!
I shopped at hallmark yesterday evening and I had an amazing experience. Lauren was very kind and knowledgeable about the merchandise as well as engraving. I will definitely be getting some items engraved soon.
I walked into the store and was greeted with a very delayed, minimal “hello,” and that was the extent of the interaction. I browsed the entire store on my own without being offered any help, while two other customers who came in after me were warmly welcomed, chatted with, and assisted throughout their visit — even from across the register. It was disappointing and honestly very off-putting. I didn’t want to be confrontational, but the difference in how I was treated was hard to ignore. It’s especially disheartening because so many of Hallmark’s products promote inclusivity, kindness, and connection — yet that wasn’t reflected in the service I received.
Was in earlier this week and had very friendly and helpful staff. The store is so clean and everything is so cute. I could spend hours looking at all the cards and products. They legit have something for every occasion.
As a former cast member at Disney l can say the service at the Milton location is great! Ashley, Marlowe and Anastasia are exceptional and go above and beyond for their customers. Their products of Disney, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Nightmare Before Christmas and more are great for lovers of those franchises. The wishbook just came out and any Disney fans are going to be overjoyed...especially Haunted Mansion fans :). Keep up the great works ladies. :))
Decent collection of hallmark stuff, harry potter, disney, some superhero collection, greeting cards, and other related stuff. Prices slightly on the higher side. No anime based collection. Friendly & helpful staff.
Terrible Customer Service!. I visited the store on Sunday July 31 and was not greeted upon entering the store. The 2 associates carried on their conversation behind the register and didn't even acknowledge that I had walked in. When I was ready to Pay I had to ask if I could pay as the 2 associates were away from the registers huddled and talking.
