Kind and knowledgeable staff. Always have the things I buy routinely in stock and often on sale! One time I needed something specific to bake with and they ordered it in for me! Great location!

Disappointing service I was told a product would be ordered and ready within a week, but after a month I heard nothing. When I called, staff could only say they didn’t know what happened and suggested I buy it online. Poor follow-up and no communication—I purchased elsewhere.
Anjum is an asset! Each time I meet this lady, she is ridiculously helpful. I struggle going to other locations as I feel the service here is fantastic.
. I went to pick up stuff here I ordered online.. They, couldn't find it at first. I found, the customer service rude. The Healthy Planet in Oakville Ont North Service Rd is better.. I still have to come here though.. It's the only one.. My advice, don't judge people, be kind and professional. Adding to review. I placed an order on line. They, had days to fulfill my orders. I went to pick it up. It was so unorganized. Anyway, the older woman, couldn't find my order, talking about, moisturizer's, went and got it...it should of been prepared already. I pay for you people to prepare it. She, was fussing about payment. Ya, I paid, I told her. I showed my, digital receipts. I had to check, that I had everything. Rather, then the staff. I don't appreciate the confusion. I got a rash from a soap I bought here. I am allergic to it. I will show my dermatologist in Oakville Ont. submitted a refund/ exchange request. According too them, I did a pick up order, it wasn't an on line order. It was on line, I had to pick it up. I threw out a $10.00 soap, I used once. . What a waste of money. Unfortunate, I like Healthy planet.. Next time, I will go in person, and pick products myself.. Reading reviews, i think this store, has a customer service problem.
I’ve come to this location several times and been met with bad customer service. I was there on Friday April 11th at around 4pm and yet again, the staff were indifferent and downright rude. The young lady on cash gave me attitude and was mostly on her phone and the older lady by the cosmetic section was cold and unfriendly. What saved my experience was the kind man wearing a turban-thank you for your professionalism and willingness to help. Although my interaction with him was pleasant, I’m still leaving a 1 star because the other 10 times I’ve been there had been terrible, so unfortunately, all the rude interactions overshadow the one nice interaction I had. I’ve officially decided to stop coming to this location because at this point I’m expecting bad service.
We recently had an excellent shopping experience at Healthy Planet- Milton, thanks to the great assistance provided by Harsim and Prabh. I was looking for a specific product and was a little bit confused. Harsim came to us proactively and offered her help. Her recommendations were tailored to my specific health needs, and I appreciated her honest and unbiased opinions. Overall, it was a great experience.
