The Milton Hospital was renovated in 2018, and opened its new wing this year. To be frank, we had very bad experiences prior, and it's almost as if the new location has boosted staff morale and changed their attitudes towards patients. The new wing is now the main entrance as well, and it is very well-lit, feels positive and much better designed for its hallways and seating. There is now a cafeteria area and a small convenience store for patients and visitors. Staff are also happier and more professional than before. Really glad about the changes and hoping it holds. While the parking lot is expanded, it is still rather costly.
I had to visit Milton Hospital today and I have to say that it really renewed my faith in our Hospital . In the past I have had several really bad experiences . BUT the staff and the Docs working were outstanding today in and out in a reasonable time and great treatment.Thanks again
Very friendly staff. Doctor was very thorough. Amanda in emergency was kind and dressed my broken finger perfectly.
Trashy and Racist.This is my opinion based off my own experiences with Milton Hospital. Especially the ladies behind the window at emergency. They deserve to be fired. Won't post details about my current sitution as this has been escalated as high as possible.DO NOT BRING YOUR INFANTS,TODDLERS OR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU REALLY LOVE THEM. The doctors either don't know what they are doing or just keep you longer than necessary. Id say the latter, how else will they pay for the new builds.Pathetic. I sticking with Credit Valley. If I die on route, I'd say im better off instead of dealing with Milton Hospital again.
Came here for stitches on a head wound Registration was great! We got to the blue areaTerrible No regard or care for a patient No nurses came in to ask questions typical of a hospital The doctor was obviously not in the moodShe made that clear when she seen the files on the desk youre kidding me Im not staying here all night spoke it out loud to herself clear enough for me to hear in the waiting area Nurse came to drop of trolley while I was in the washroom havent seen her since Its now 3am and no one has come to check my wound or ask if Im okay Ive decided to simply go home ...
