I was in this store the other day as a first time customer, and have to say I was so pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees; in addition to the beautiful jewelry at great prices. I was welcomed into the store immediately, and as soon as an employee was available to assist me, she can over and did so right away. I will absolutely be back, and no doubt recommending this store to family and friends!
I would give Brancier a 6th star if I could. The customer service level at Brancier is exceptional and the quality of craftsmanship is tremendous. I decided to have my fiances engagement ring custom made at Brancier because of the phenomenal options available and flexibility in creating exactly what my fiance had always dreamed of wearing. Natasha was a pleasure to work with and came up with a creative and beautiful solution for a custom wedding band to compliment the custom engagement ring. Dont let the small store fool you or the poor reviews about Timex watch links dissuade you from checking this place out. If youre wanting quality, and custom options for jewelry go here....ask for Natasha....you wont be disappointed. Natasha and Brancier you will certainly see me and my soon to be wife again.
I would give a zero on 1-10. Took my watch to get ONLY links removed, but his useless staff could not even do THAT right. Now, one of the pins in the link always comes loose. It is a pretty expensive watch with a dial (Not a Digital watch)and connects via Bluetooth to an apple phone by Citizen. That is why I am so upset. I took it back, but the owner himself could not fix it. Link still comes loose. Don't go to them and don't waste your energy by getting upset.
