Went to service centre after having electrical issue with Kia Telluride. It was a long weekend and I didn’t have appointment so manager and customer service rep did not commit to repair but a quick diagnostic. Found issue and recommended battery replacement (it was 6 years old). Appointment took 45 minutes and the customer service was top notch, I was happy to be reunited with Service Manager John who used to work at the previous Kia dealership I used to deal with. John is friendly, no BS and takes customer service very seriously. Likewise for Tiana who managed my service request. Even though this location is out of the way for me, I’d choose it over the two Mississauga locations close by and will definitely consider for future service and when I replace my current vehicles. You have built a great culture at this location.
The staff were so accommodating when I was coming in for service and said I had my two kids with me. They worked very quickly and were so friendly to my little ones! Nicole gave great service when I purchased my vehicle and always comes to say hi when I go in for service even two years later. Lovely family business!
This is a photo of my brand new-to-me car from Kia Milton. That broke down half an hour after I purchased it. 30 min after I drove off the lot. On the 401. I'm still livid. They fixed the problem (which should have been found in an inspection), then reneged on the offer to deliver it to me at work. There was no real heart felt apology from upper management (there was a mortified and heartfelt apology from my sales Rep, but it's not his job to make sure the car is safe) or offer of anything to make up to me for the harrowing ordeal.
Went in to my local Kia today because my front tire had lost a ton of air overnight and I wanted to know whether it was repairable or the tire was shot. They took it in, though I didn't have an appointment. Told me that the tires were just really old and cracking, but they didn't try to super-sell me on new tires. They filled up my tires for free and didn't charge for the consult. I ended up ordering new tires because the tires were original to the car, so it's about time for new ones anyways. Never had a bad experience with Kia service, though. They always go above and beyond.
We booked a full week here and were literally given the worst site. No grass, all gravel, facing a corn field with no fire pit. Called to see if it would be possible to move sometime during our stay and was told nothing is available and absolutely no apologies given. Beware before booking here
I have been coming to Milton Kia for a while now and honestly amazing staff! Shout out to JC for always helping us out with the deals and the service department is also very honest and kind!
