Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Was there with 3 other adults and 2 children under 5. The only reason for low star rating is that either the kitchen didn't listen to instructions or the server didn't take the order correctly. Ordered the big wing sandwich without ranch sauce. Came with ranch sauce. Another adult ordered honey garlic wings. Received teriyaki wings. This should not happen.
The experience was absolutely amazing. We loved the food and the service was exceptional. I would happily give it a 5 stars. My meal was spicy and they didnt charge me for it. Their price is also very reasonable. And the atmosphere in general is very nice and family friendly.
The food was absolutely excellent but that was not the reason I'm writing the review. Every server in this establishment was courteous, fast and attentive. Our waitress asked about allergies. Being a parent of a child with allergies I can attest to the fact that this is rare and meant a lot to me. I'm 41 and have never had better service at any restaurant in my life. Highly recomend this Turtle Jack's.
A moderately expensive place for great food. The restaurant is well decorated and clean with friendly and helpful staff. They are sensitive to allergies and food preferences and have good options. The food is very good and filling, it is also served in creative ways depending on what you order. For instance the chicken fajitas are served on a raised stand. They have a wide assortment of drinks and cocktails and have TVs in a certain area where you can eat some food, have a beer and watch sports, dad style. Overall a pretty great place.
Awesome!! The garlic chicken appetizers are delicious!!! The kids steak was amazing!! (Our kids ate better than we did) Our burgers were juicy!! I am so impressed! Toys for the kids after dinner!! The service was great!! I hardly EVER write reviews but I couldn't resist praising this place. We took my husband here today for Father's Day and we are so glad we did! He even got a beer opener gift for Father's Day!! Our new fave restaurant in Milton!!!!
