Very conveniently located with ample and free parking space. Wait times can be longer depending what time you arrive, best to be there as early as possible in the morning even on a Saturday. Samina is very polite, courteous and professional.
Went there few times always 1;45 mins wait or more. Left and went to lifelab in commercial st in and out in 20 mins.. how it should be its a procedure that takes no more then 3mins so why wait almost 2 hrs..crazy and the check in on line is always down..
I had to tick on one star but they don’t even deserve one star. Long wait times and extremely rude staff. They need to hire new staff. Went for blood test and urine sample test. The technician was very rude and provided no guidance on where to go for urine samples or put the sample bottle. Not to mention the wait times.
I had a very disappointing experience at this laboratory. During a simple blood draw, the technician handled the procedure poorly, which resulted in a painful and severe bruise on my arm (as shown in the photo). This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of their staff training. Patients deserve safe and careful handling, especially during such routine procedures. I do not recommend this lab based on my experience.
Today’s I went too Dynacare. There is very nice staff. But samina is most nice to give good service the customers. So I will give her 5 star. She doing good job ?
This is the most understaffed lab I have ever been too. Their estimated wait time is a lie, its actually about 30-45 min longer. Every time I come the wait is unreasonable. They have around 8 working stations but only 2 lab technicians to serve the only dynacare on Milton? I do feel bad for the staff but also they work SOOOOOO slow. They finish two people every 20-25 minutes. Thats an unreasonable turn around time for blood draws. After we waited for 1.5 hours both technicians went on their break at the SAME TIME. By all means take your break but have at least one person working to move flow. They trully need to hire like 3 more people to serve population demand. What a fail from dynacare.
