Took my time to drive accross town to buy a phone for my wife. I met with Tim who didn't have the phone that was advertised but would arrange for one to be delivered and would call me in the morning. It's been 5 days and no call. Waste of my time. No wonder online sales dominate.
Screen on my iPhone wasn’t working. Brought it in for repair and the tech handed it back over in under 2 minutes. All it needed was a hard reset. They could have easily taken advantage of me and charged me whatever. The “fix” was free and they sent me on my way. Under 5 minutes total. Outstanding service. I really appreciate their honesty and help! Highly recommend.
I came from out of town and needed my phone fixed. This location went above and beyond to help me as I didn't have a vehicle. They picked up my phone once the part was in. Had it fixed within a couple hours and offered to bring my phone back to where I was staying if I could not find a ride. Thank you to an amazing staffing team for all your help.
