I purchased sandals with permanent custom orthotics as the footbed in late June 2021. The service I received from Milton Orthotic & Wellness Centre was excellent, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. They went out of their way to accommodate the restrictions we were facing during the Covid lockdown at the time. The shoe stores were not open yet and I could not choose sandals with removable footbeds in person, so the staff provided me with catalogues and ordered several pairs of sandals that suited my requirements and let me choose right at their location. They then prepared the custom orthotics and permanently fixed them in place in the sandal footbeds. I have been wearing these sandals all summer and they are wonderful and just what I needed. I recommend Milton Orthotic & Wellness Centre to anyone needing this type of service.
Great place Green shield just sucks to pay these people their money which cause a delay in myself getting orthotics. Going back to them for ankle supports hopefully greenshield works faster
