Friendly people but I would advise to always triple check your order. I ordered tablecloths from them for two separate occasions and both times was given incorrect linens. It was very disappointing. I returned my last set of linens on November 10th and I’m still waiting for my partial refund (15 days later). Definitely a hassle trying to get your money back.
From start to finish Mosaic Events were a pleasure to work with. They set up on time, paid careful attention to detail and the resulting flower arch and centrepieces were perfect. I would definitely use them again
I had a big party and rented some stuff .. it was so easy and they were so kind.. the price was reasonable . Sure I recommend it for any event they have a big variety of stuff and chairs…

What a horrible experience! I had decided to use Mosaic because I really liked their unique options. I had numerous issues with them. 1. They told me they could assist if my floral arrangements and could help me source dried flowers that I wanted. After leaving vases with them to mock up some options, they did not respond to any phone or email inquiries from me for 8 weeks. I even dropped by during 'office hours' and no one was there. The flowers they were going to source were from another vendor, which I could have went and chosen myself, instead she showed me random photos of boxes with no identifier for me to choose. It just caused so much more stress than it had to. Additionally, she was going to charge me $15 per bunch when they are actually $4-8 per bunch from the vendor, and she was not going to do the arrangements. In the end, I went directly to the place, picked them myself and they turned out great, thanks for nothing. 2. My initial invoice was charging me for delivery and pick up, and when I inquired about the time for delivery, she said that they do not offer that and I had to pick up and drop off. 3. Unresponsive - she would go through 3-4 week periods where she would not respond to me through various methods. In the end, about 4 months before the wedding, I cancelled my larger order and went with a reputable company. 4. The showroom is this jam packed, unsafe room, an arbor nearly fell on me when I was standing waiting for her to show me linens. 5. Generally terrible customer service, incredibly rude. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR NOTHING AND WILL NOT DEDUCT YOUR DEPOSIT. I wish I could give this place a negative rating!! Where do I begin.. Firstly, communication is horrendous with these people, no one answers the phone and if you ask a question via email/text you will never get a full response. We were told our tent and everything would arrive anywhere from 5-7pm. No one came until after 9pm and we had to set up everything in darkness the night before our event. The wrong tent walls were sent so they had to go back and they did not arrive with the right equipment until 3AM!!! Who wants to set up for an event the night before at this time?? I asked countless times when our deposit will be refunded to us and never got a response, instead, my credit card was charged for more hidden expenses. On top of that, plates were dirty and disgusting. ABSOLUTE SCAM and steal for your money. Go anywhere else but here!!
I walked into the store one day with ideas all over the place and Mosaic completely put all my ideas at ease. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and I loved every idea she came up with. My grandmothers 80 birthday at home turned out so beautiful because of Mosaic. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas.
