My complaint is going to be how you talk to your customers on this complaint Forum. You do not tell customers that they are wrong when they have a complaint and every time they say that you are rude or anything that you do not like, You follow up by saying we have the best customer service. I've been going there for 5 years & I'm sorry but you do not have this so-called best customer service & should not be using that as a defense. Wow! I couldn't even believe what I was reading. Good customer service isn't just face-to-face. It's what you say to people online & it's not what you're saying to your customers here. This is meant to be constructive criticism I hope it helps future customers
I recommend this compounding pharmacy. Honest and fast service. I came at closing time and the pharmacist waited 40 minutes late until they finished my son compound cause he had to start it right away. I really appreciate their service

I would have expected better customer care when i continued to receive broken compounded medication. I brought the broken capsules back in a bag and instead of taking any responsibility the pharmacy made me feel this was my fault for the way I was opening them. I have since changed pharmacies and receive it in the same packaging with no issues.
I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. They really helped us out when we couldn't find a specific prescription we needed that seemed to be on back order everywhere. We'll be making a point of going here in the future for our prescriptions.
