Not a good experience — I wouldn’t recommend going. The rating is solely based on the equipment they use for infants. My baby was 4 months old. Equipment: They place a cardboard box on top of a stool with no back support, and you’re expected to hold the baby by the back of the neck with your fingers. It feels unsafe — honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, why is there an extra charge for infants when the employee mentioned he “can’t wait all day” for the baby to close his mouth for a government-acceptable photo. Instead, he recommended that we go to a passport office in Mississauga or Brampton, 30 minutes away to submit the photos that he had taken. He did retake the photos which was acceptable by the Milton government office.

This place continues to impress me with their high quality photos. It has become a staple in my “go to” gift ideas for friends and family. It’s so nice knowing that they will always execute the photos beautifully. The staff is so kind and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I recommend them to all of my friends and couldn’t be more grateful to have such a wonderful family owned company right by me!

Great Experience! We went for my month old baby’s passport picture, everything was so quick and easy. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, and the pictures came out great. They also have a beautiful collection of photo frames and albums as well.

Very nicely laid out store. Very friendly and helpful staff. I brough my Father in to have his passport photos done and the price was reasonable, staff all smiles and very smooth as expected process. Highly recomment!

Very bad quality pictures. Customers was returning as photos are not acceptable for passport application. And if you want digital copy they will charge extra $15 for that.

I recently had a terrible experience at the Milton photo shop on December 23rd and 24th while trying to purchase a custom mug as a gift. My visit highlighted this local business's focus on MONEY over customer experience. When I approached the cash desk for assistance on how to use the computer to create a picture mug, the associate said they were too busy to help. I understood, as it was just a couple of days before Christmas and the store was likely dealing with last minute shoppers. I proceeded to the computer at the front and created my own layout for the custom mug. However, I had some difficulty and concerns about how it would turn out. I approached the gentleman at the front desk to express my concerns about the layout. He assured me that the person working on it would correct any issues. When I came to pick up the mug, I was disappointed with the final product because it wasn’t as promised. I reminded the same associate about our previous conversation. He apologized, admitted he misunderstood me, and suggested I speak with a manager. When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, I was met with a lack of empathy. The manager stated that I would need to purchase a new mug with the correct template at full price. Although I didn’t agree with this outcome, I decided to proceed given the holiday season. I asked if my order could be expedited since I was pressed for time, but the manager refused. Later, she realized there was no queue and informed me the mug would be ready in an hour. No discount or accommodation was offered, despite it being a reasonable request in light of the associate's admitted mistake. The lack of accountability and empathy was very upsetting. I wasn’t looking for a free mug but I was looking for a resolution and better customer experience. Here are a few ways the situation could have been handled better: - Offering a 10-20% discount on the second mug. - Expediting my order to the front of the queue. - Providing a genuine APOLOGY. Honestly, even the last option I would be satisfied with. As someone with extensive experience in retail, I know that a sincere apology can go a long way toward improving customer experience. I don’t usually leave negative Google reviews, but in this case, it was warranted! I hope this feedback encourages the business to prioritize customer service and accountability, as it would make a significant difference.

Exceptional! Ordered 8x10 photo books, 20 pages in each, celebrating a special group's 20th anniversary. Each person who received one was so grateful and Milton Photo did a great job!

As we previously discussed through email, nothing was refused at Service Canada. Your statement is untrue! We have been in business for over 50 years. We know what we are doing & we are definately one of most reasonablly priced services around. No one forced you to have your photo taken. But rest assured it will pass with flying colours!
