Horrible service was told that i was being disrespect for communicating my right to express that my order was incorrectly given. Would not recommend going to this place honestly terrible customer service for not good food.
We are absolutely so disappointed with our order tonite. I placed phone ordered for an X-Large pizza. The girl on the phone told me the priced was 26.97 for this pizza. I told her I wanted the same order we usually get which is barbecue chicken with barbecue sauce instead of tomatoe sauce. When I went to pick up at store on Bronte. The order was for only 2 cans of pop and no pizza. What happened here. I don’t understand, so I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make it at the store. The pizza wasn’t the same as what we wanted as I told the guy I wanted chicken with bebeque sauce. Not only it was wrong with my phone order but also wrong order with me in store . Very disappointed !!
This pizza restaurant is absolutely wonderful! Every time I come in with my grandchild, the staff are so kind and welcoming to us. They always go out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable, and they treat my grandchild with such warmth and respect. On top of that, the pizza is always fresh and delicious. It’s not just a place to eat—it’s a place where you feel cared for. I’m so grateful for their kindness and the way they treat families. This is my favourite place. Whenever I want to eat something from outside I choose this place. Always the best quality food they offer. Their service is very nice. Definitely recommend this place.
2 year + 1 day update: They reached out to discuss the issues I had with the last few orders. They remade me an artichoke pizza at no charge and I provided feedback on this one vs the last few I've received. The pizza that Kamal made was on point and closer to what my first review raved about. I'm very appreciative that he took the time to talk to me and get feedback to improve his product. He mentioned that he wants it to be 10/10 every time and after speaking to him I feel that the dip in quality I've noticed will be short lived. The service has always been great here and if they can continue to make pizzas like the one I just tried, it will be the best in town for sure. 2 year update (2023): The last few orders I've placed have been pretty bad compared to when I first started ordering here years ago. The dough recipe has definitely changed for the worse, it's dry with a large amount of flour residue left over. The cheese has also changed to a lower quality, crumbly mozz (low fat pre shred maybe?) The quality of their pizzas today are out of line with the pricing. The gourmet pizzas meant you were getting a good quality product but even my favourite artichoke pizza has become an undercooked, flavourless mess. Original review (2021): I never thought I'd willingly purchase a vegetarian pizza over a pepperoni but that spinach artichoke is great! My favourite out of all of their pizzas so far. Service is quick and the staff are courteous.
