Pizza Ville Milton was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The cheese quality was extremely poor — rubbery, tasteless, and clearly cheap. The pizza had almost no flavor and tasted stale, like it was reheated multiple times. Ingredients felt low quality and the overall taste was simply awful. The restaurant cleanliness was concerning; the place looked unhygienic and poorly maintained. This was one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had — never going back.
I walked in to get a slice for lunch and there's a young guy behind the counter talking on his phone in his right hand and trying to roll dough with his left hand only, all while not wearing any gloves or hair net... disgusting. I walked right out and went next door to subway.
Would give it zero stars if possible. I always order with extra sauce but it's now two orders in a row and there's hardly any sauce...forget the extra sauce. Received a credit for the second order but I'm not even going to bother to call to get another credit cause what's the use, the next pizza will have no sauce also! Kennedy location in Milton btw.
This location has provided our family with consistently great pizza, and always timely. Nutritionally we have never experienced any allergy complications which some of our family has. The staff are always cordial, friendly, and want to ensure you get on your way with a smile.

Bald guy was not the friendliest started asking some questions and kept sayin it’s not me it’s franchise when he wouldn’t listen to the questions asked. The other guy making the pizza with glasses and mustache was a lot friendly and made it better once the other guy had left.
