Great experience.I love the pizza at pizza Nova.I get Heartburn at other pizza places.And the pie was cooked perfect.I like a Store and or company that you can go to and ask them to cook The pie longer without having any fuss I would definitely recommend this pizza Nova store location..
Very bad management rude lady and man that work at the front. Pizza never comes out the same. Derry rd location is around the corner and is 100% recommended on Google and Apple Maps. If you’re reading this your welcome!
Ordered a cheese pizza with pepperoni on half...not knowing the pepperoni would be under the cheese and uncooked!! Not to mention on my second slice I took a bite and along with it came a hair like a long very noticeable hair and nearly threw up while spitting it out and pulling the broken hair out of my mouth...not to mention the pizza dough was so thin it was falling apart and there was way to much sauce to where the cheese was sliding off was a disappointment please don't waste ur money!!!
Came here on two occasions. Both times the pizza was enjoyable, nothing crazy but not bad either. However, both times, the employees all seemed dead, they look as though they hate working there and don’t seem to have any passion for what they are doing. Atmosphere is extremely important and when I would ask the employees questions or for recommendations they would not communicate properly and seem to do the bare minimum.
The pizza is great. Especially the cheese.. reminds me of slices had in the US. The service at this outlet is a hit and miss. Ordered and confirmed thrice what I wanted, only to be later told I never said that, and charged extra because it was no longer a combo.
Pizza was good. But the customer service is awful. Tony served me, crumpled up and threw out my receipt without asking me, I asked for a box for my slices and he gave me a ton of attitude about it and wouldnt give one, then I had to ask for a bag for my slices. Wont be coming back.
Edit: Still enjoying this pizza above all others in the city. Mostly stick with full pizzas instead of slices as the prices have gone too high. Original post (5yrs ago) - The pizza is great when its fresh. The closest to NY style/taste that we have in the area. But I tend not to go in the warmers seasons, as you can often see flies landing on the slices
