I just bought a slice of pizza and a dipping sauce for $7. The pizza is bland and god awful let alone for $7. The staff were friendly but I will never be coming back.
I'd give 0 stars if possible... I placed an online order, and paid to avoid any hassle at pickup. I arrived 25min later to collect my food, and am told the online ordering system is down, and they have no record of the order. Fine, I understand technical difficulties happen occasionally. I show them my e-receipt, and ask about a refund, which they tell me will take 24-48hrs to process by the online company. OK fine. My point of contention is they didn't even care to take my order, and process it then; no apology, no remorse, not a singular attempt to rescue this failure. I mean I was willing to spend money 20min ago, and that still might be the case... Not ever again. Some of these poorly-run businesses with terrible staff just need to close. Fortunately, I was able to go to Luigi's and quickly get some dinner for my family. Avoid City South Pizza... food might be decent, but the absence of any form of accountability or basic customer service means your money is better spent elsewhere.
I visited City South Pizza and was helped by Simran. She was extremely polite, friendly, and provided amazing customer service. She took my order with a smile, made sure everything was correct, and the pizza came out fresh and delicious. Simran’s positive attitude and professionalism made the whole experience even better. We made pick up order from website using the deal. First of all, lady doesn't understand when we said order for
Bad service. Went for pick up and guy said my pizza is in Owen then realized it was sitting there out for 10 mins. My pizza is all cold. Bad service. No presence of mind.
Ordered deal on phone and mentioned about the online deal but they charged as per the deal and refused to give the pop saying the pops are for store deals only so please be careful when ordering.
Been going here for a while now. Great pizza! Most likely the best in Milton. Cheese pizza is very cheesy! My kids love pizza and always ask for pizza from this place the most. We have had pizza everywhere and this place is the best in Milton by far. Try them out!
