I hired FDR plumbing to do some plumbing work in my house. I met the owner and he didnt do personally the work. He sent two young men from his company. After the above plumbing, we didnt have any hot water in the house because of his poor job. We have young children and I called him. He didnt pick up the phone and didnt show up to supervise the work. He is so irresponsible and inhuman. We stayed about 1 week with the whole family without hot water. We called another plumber and he fixed the issues. Everything happened because his inexperienced young workers without any plumbing skills didnt install the faucet cartridge in the new bathroom and the hot water continues to mix with cold water.
Unreliable and unprofessional!Two bathrooms! Owner shows up to price you the job then sends two apprentices to do a job that should be done by a licensed plumber. 1- the owner is never around and nowhere to be found.2- two kids come to do a job that would require a license plumber to do it!3- End result was , crooked fixtures and poor workmanship.4- buyer beware!!!
Used them a couple times. Professional, tidy, great job every time.
