We had been to a number of open houses by the KT team before bringing them on to help sell our home. They were far and away the most friendly and organized out there. The attention to detail was incredible and they made every house look amazing. After hiring them we knew we made the right choice. Weve sold a number of houses and in our opinion no realtor even comes close to the experience you will have with this team. From the manner in which they advertise and raise awareness of your house, to the services they offer during and after your home is sold, is really outstanding. They make every effort to ensure you get the most money for your home, take out all the stress, and will always offer you honest advice (as if it were their own house). They also offer a very reasonable commission rate, considering everything they do. You can find other realtors who offer a 1% commission rate (and yes weve used them before) but at the end I can say you get what you pay for. They have definitely built a reputation as being the premier real estate team in the region - and when it comes to selling whats likely your most expensive asset, you want nothing less than the best.
