Had a wax done here last week. I must have said that the wax was too hot for about 5 times. guess what ! I got burnt. with a purple brownish patch. there was wax splattered on the wall right next to my head and my hair . I was offered nothing to clean myself with. not even a piece of tissue. other spas offer oils with vitamin E that would help melt away the wax residue after the treatment and sooth the skin. I just put my clothes on and left.
Moved to the area and decided to try this place. The girl who did my nails was very pleasant and nice. However she was taking her time and another staff member was very vocal about her taking so long. So much so she cut her off from finishing by reaching over her to aggressively and quickly finish my nails. I will absolutely not be back.EDIT- Upon reading the spas response to most reviews they are clearly exaggerating. I can prove this with my appointment time and the time that is on my receipt. My nails took 1 hour not two, nice try. Clearly you need some re-education on management and customer service.
I frequent Spring Mist Spa pretty regularly and find the service very good. Sara and staff are very friendly, caring and informative. The spa is clean with a lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere.
I have had several different services done and I highly recommend Springmist Spa. I am a diabetic and the pedicures and manicures with hot paraffin treatment are amazing! Extreme care is taken and that is so important. Very professional, extremely clean and up to date skin technology is provided for facial rejuvenation treatments. The OxyGeneo treatment is incredible!! I have had facial threading done by Sara for years and she is extremely gentle and thorough.
Came to Spring Mist a few times for a few different services before my wedding. Sarah and the team were incredibly nice and accommodating. Sarah even came in early before opening to help me with my makeup on the day of. Would definitely recommend this spa.
