Had such a lovely experience here. The food was delicious, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The gentleman that greeted and served us was genuinely kind and made us feel welcomed. There is a pretty big parking lot a little walk away. Definitely a place we would come back to and recommend to others. A really great dining experience overall!
really great meal! got the tenderloin with pepper sauce, fries, and fattoush salad which were all super delicious. the owner of the restaurant served us and he was so sweet! would definitely come back again for a nice honey atmosphere and a great steak.
I had dinner here yesterday, and it was phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection, probably the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Every bite was amazing, and the food overall was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!
Food was amazing and at a reasonable price. It came quite quickly was well. Tea was also really good and the owner was a welcoming, funny man. Would love to come again!
Was pleased with the portion sizes and the overall flavour of the food. We had the ribeye with pepper sauce and ribeye with mushroom sauce. On a personal note I would have preferred the pepper sauce to be extra spicy, I'll request this next time. The sauce could have also been in a bowl at the side instead of drowning the steak ... but it still tasted good... Love having this halal steak option in Milton.
We order from Hood and Grill all the time. We used to go in and pick it up. My friend behind the counter is a man sent from heaven when our daughter was diagnosed with cancer he listened to my fears, and consoled me. Then he offered me and the family a free in house dinner so he could visit with us while we enjoyed his cooking. We usually get chicken on the rocks and two of the freshest salads in the country. Tonight we ordered delivery and again perfection, perfect dinner perfect salad, a few places could learn something from this man about freshness. Tonight i finished my whole dinner most nights i cant finish it, there's so much. This man is a credit to Milton, and our community. Definitely go and enjoy his food.
If I had a choice to give negative stars I would. I ordered chicken shawarma and beef Philly steak sandwich. First let's talk about Philly sandwich. It came as wrap not bun. It was cold.. there was less qty of cheese and filled with ketchup. It was not Philly cheese at all.** the bit of cheese it has was frozen in the sandwich... The chicken shawarma was the same the meat was precooked. It was cold all over. It was not even grilled properly. There was no sauce. I would not recommend this place. It ruined our evening. ***The owner has time to reply the review but not to prepare fresh hot food..
