Love the store The staff always goes the extra mile to help you. They always have what I need and also mentioned that I don’t live close to this location, but I would travel anywhere just to be able to go in and get the quality of service.

Your return policy is going to lose you customers. I have a sweater and the original receipt and I can’t return it because it was bought with my wife’s card. We have the Same bank but different cards. If we payed cash you gonna give me money?So why can’t you put the money in the same bank account? Makes no sense. My wife works 3 jobs I have 2 we go out of our way to shop here and to return a product if it’s not what we want. She bought me this sweater and it doesn’t fit. Now she has to come back and do it herself . Complete waste of my time and now a waste of my wife’s time. Do you think we will think it’s to much work to come back again do you think we will just keep it? For $135 we will be back and get our money and go somewhere else instead off looking for something there. So frustrating I come to find something nice and I get turned away. Unfortunately you also have poor selection and very high prices. From how empty your store is I’d think you’d need all the customers you could get. I guess not!
I've visited with my son several times and we always receive great service from Jordan. He's an excellent ambassador for the store. I'd appreciate a bigger selection, there's not enough in jeans and dress shirts. I've noticed way more t shirts andsweat shirts but less casual dress items. I'm a 2x, my son is a 2xt and there was little selection on our last visit.

Great service as I walked out with 4 shirts and 2 pants during their double VIP sale. Downside was they couldn't hem the pants for at least 1 to 2 weeks. They did offer to mark the pants to get hemmed elsewhere. As I was in a rush, went to the Milton Mall to get hemmed. After pickup, I tried them on, and while one pant fit perfect the other was marked an inch too short. I could see the chalk line and was in fact too short. Pant wasted.
