Such a bad experience with tasteless food and rude cashier,They don’t know how to behave with customers. I am never going back again,such a bad customer service and bad experience.
I placed a kitchen order over phone. I wanted to add something in the order, called back asked for the same person whom I spoke with.. the guy who answered my called was rude and told me to give me the order.. I did gave him the order that I wanted to add. After 30 mins I picked the order didn’t said anything to me over there. the person who placed the order was me.. and after I left they called my husband who is no where in the story and told my husband to tell your wife that she can’t ask for a specific person that too very rudely. Once I reached home and heard that he called my husband and I called back that when I was the one who placed an order why did u call my husband and that too only bc i wanted to add something in my order. I think it’s very bad that being in retail instead of telling the customer they reached at her personal relations. Never seen anything like before and never heard… very bad customer service.. Worst experience… Very bad customer service… doesn’t know how to talk with women’s as customers.. Highly not recommended.. If u complain about their service they take it personally.. Moral.. if u have a guy who took my order and I want to customize something tell me nicely. Put me on hold but don’t reached my personal relations.. It wasn’t good work ethics.. Worst worst worst customer service I think because he was the owner..

I visited this supermarket for the first time and was very disappointed to see moldy bread still on the shelves (see photo). This shows a serious lack of customer care and attention to food safety. Freshness and proper product checks should be a top priority, but clearly that was missing here.
DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM THIS PLACE... We went for the first time to buy meat from this place. They gave us 1.5 pounds more than we had asked for without mentioning anything to us and we had to pay for it. They also gave us all bones and barely any actual meat at all. They also cut the meat in a very unpleasant way where some pieces are very small and some are very large, no consistency at all. Go buy meat from Freshco instead, they are much more professional and have a much better way of running an honest business. Save your money and save yourself a headache, do not buy meat from this place.
Worst customer service. They are trying to sell rotten mangoes and giving excuse of not getting shipment. Owner himself saying they are running this store like this from past 12 years. God knows who has rated them 5/5. Total scam! Women at the front has the worst customer service ethics. Shouldn't even be around the store REPLY- we were willing to pay extra because as per you we switched the magoes and the weight was more. So if the weight ia more, it makes sense to pay. We called ahead and asked if you have and explained that we need the box as we are planning to take if for our guests, we had a very reluctant attitude and didnt even try to understand. If switching mangoes is such a crime at your place. Better have it in written. Or have enough patience and attitude to understand if you are running a business.
Beware! Check your receipts. I have been overcharged three times, once meat was incorrect and twice they added wrong price for items and made a huge bill every time. I used to shop here often but really disappointed.
