The staff here are always kind and serve everyone with a smile on their face. Dari, Shabana, and Brent are a few of the staff I’ve interacted with as I’ve visited this location several times and they’ve all been wonderful.
Truly 5 star services. Kudos to the entire team and management for such a great service. Special shout out to Luzmila and Leann. We’ve been going to this store since 2022 from the time we landed in Canada. Everyone we met there made us feel at home and have always been so warm and welcoming that we can’t stop going there even though we moved to Mississauga more than a year ago. We also find the product choices and prices much better than any other city. We’ve been to Salvation Army Thrift Stores in atleast 4 other cities in GTA. But either choices were limited and or prices were much higher than Milton. Keep up the great work Team Milton. 3 cheers
Just purchased two pearl bracelets and the same day when I went to take it off one bracelet broke. She tells me jewelry is final sale as she hands my receipt over. Even with final sale exchange should be allowed since it broke 3 hours after purchase. There should be a few exceptions. With that said they do have a good selection and friendly staff.
Very clean and bright. The nicest Salvation Army Store I've ever seen. A good size store with a lot of clothes and other household goods. Fun place to try to find something unique or just thrift shop. I like how they organize the glassware etc by color. Donations of gently used items can be dropped off in the back.
If you are lucky you will find a good deal at this location. You have to visit this store regularly to find deals. Many times you find brand new items.
These folks are doing gr8 work helping the needy. I always drop my donatables here. I have had the honor and pleasure of working here. Thrift stores are liks treasure coves if you have an eye for antiques, collectibles, retro fashion and such
They have a huge selection of plates and cups if you're looking for that right now. Store is nicely spread out for distancing but, when I was shopping one employee was talking to someone and I was shopping near them and they didnt move when I wanted to go behind them. Just would have been nice if she noticed that and moved so I could shop there. Other than that the employees are always really nice and store is always clean!
