Very nice and helpful staff. Place is a little small compared to ToysRUs, but we'll organized. I called the store ahead of time, looking for items not available online. The staff happily checked and kept some items for me until I could arrive to pick it up. Great experience, of you have kids.
This store is my go-to place for kids gifts. The customer service is always great, I love the wrapping service, I appreciate the flow and organization, and they always have a great selection!

My experience with this toys shop is not a good I purchased a bingo game and Ludo with snake and ladder game are not a good quality all the numbers on the balls are gone with in 2 weeks. also had the same experience all the pics on the snake ladder game game gone with in 2 months
Customer service here has always been 5 stars regardless of who is working! Brian is the greatest of all time. They really value their customers and always help the best they can. I have been shopping here for a while and will continue too.
My kids had a blast in the store. So many things for them to look at. I had ordered something online for Christmas. So it was busy but very well organized.
My daughter ordered 3 puzzles for her grandparents from Mastermind Toys in Milton. She realized those 3 puzzles may be too difficult so she placed another order for 2 puzzles that would be more suitable for her grandparents. She wasn't sure if she needs to do anything in regards to her first order BECAUSE on Mastermind Toys website it states that, if order placed was not picked up in 5 days, the order will be canceled and money will be returned to CC. I went to pick up those 2 puzzles (the second order) and the owner brought to the front 2 bags with both orders. I explained that my daughter made a mistake and that I wanted only the second order. He said that all she needed to do is to call and cancel the order. I again explained that she wasn't sure if she needed to do anything about it because of their policy and he the owner again said that she should have called to cancel. I thought that we were done lecturing and making me feel bad for something trivial like this, when the OWNER TOLD ME THAT THEY LOST A SALE BECAUSE OF MY DAUGHTER. I turned around and I asked him to hand me the second bag which he did. I took it and I told him that I hope that he is happy now. I recommend to Mastermind Toys to update their policy and add a statement to let people know that if us, customers, don't pick up the order, change our mind or God forbid, want to return the item, customers may experience lectures and/or sulky owner from time to time.
