First review. This isn't usually my thing, but I visited a few days ago. It did not go well, and I'm still quite irritated. I'll keep it short; vague, but to the point. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day, but he was very rude. I probably would have, but will now absolutely not be purchasing a vehicle here. I'd prefer to give my money to somebody less inclined to be openly combative in temperament and disrespectful in demeanor. My vehicle search continues (which is why it's still on my mind). It's the principle. DBAD

I purchased my 2018 Prius from Parkway Auto Trade in March 2024, The team was transparent about the car's history. Shortly after my purchase, I took the Prius for a body shop repair to address stone chips and surface rust on the hood and edge above the windshield. That's when I noticed a crack at the base of the windshield that I hadn't noticed before. Seventeen months and thirty-four thousand kilometers later, the Prius is running beautifully and dependably. Parkway Auto Trade's commitment to standing behind their vehicles has been outstanding. I recommend Vince and Nick to anyone looking for a reliable used car and exceptional service.

Vince /Parkway Auto Traders Review We ended up buying the truck we came to see, but let’s just say it wasn’t because we were blown away by the experience. The vehicle met our needs, and we hope it’ll serve us well. That said, I feel it’s only fair to share a heads-up for others considering this place, because if you’re not careful, you might leave with more than just a vehicle, you might leave wondering if you just got played. Let’s start with the “undercoating.” Every single vehicle we looked at on the lot had a thick, black spray paint covering the underside. When I asked about it, Vince quickly brushed it off as a “the typical protective undercoat,”. Now, I’m no expert, but when every car is “protected” the exact same way, overspray that looks like black paint more than anything, and isn't oily to the touch, it starts to look less like care and more like cover-up. We still don’t know if this “undercoat” was done by the seller or the folks at Parkway, but Vince’s claim that they couldn’t do it on-site didn’t exactly clear up who did. Either way, it left us feeling uneasy about what might be hiding underneath. To protect ourselves, we ended up paying for the extended powertrain warranty, something we normally wouldn’t do. But given the lack of maintenance records on a vehicle that after some research, we realized was imported from Quebec, and that mysterious spray job, it felt less like an upsell and more like damage control. It’s a good option to have, but it shouldn’t feel necessary just to have peace of mind. The price? Set in stone. Vince made it clear that dropping even a penny would apparently put the whole dealership under. A bit dramatic, considering most dealers build in some wiggle room. But sure, pay full price, cross your fingers, and hope for the best. Oh, and the key fob. Our truck came with just one, and when Vince tossed in a second programmable fob, he made it sound like he was doing us some kind of grand favor. Most buyers would expect two fobs, not be made to feel like they’re asking for the moon. Add to that the fact that they handed over the truck with a quarter tank of gas, after a $30K purchase, and it really starts to feel like customer service is more of an afterthought. Vince made sure to tell us how the front brake work done to certify the vehicle was "more than expected", like we should feel guilty for expecting a roadworthy truck. The calipers were seized and after some research we realized: improper undercoating application can lead to brake issues, including seized calipers, if the undercoating contaminates the brake components. Hmmm, I wonder what happened here? The whole vibe wasn’t “we care about your safety and stand behind our vehicles,” but more like we were a burden for them to do things properly. It felt less like professional pride and more like a guilt trip wrapped in a sales pitch. In the end, we left with a vehicle we HOPE is solid, but a buying experience we wouldn’t wish on anyone else. If you go here, be cautious. Vince might seem like a typical salesman, but it’s the kind of charm that makes you double-check your paperwork, and question a lot of the process. Bottom line: At Parkway Auto Trade, you don’t just drive off the lot with a vehicle, you drive off with a strange feeling of doubt. 10/10 would not recommend.

Bought a truck here. Had it for a month and then the problems began. Sure, the vehicles come certified, but I wonder now how legit their mechanic is. Thousands in repairs, and I’m missing another day of work today sat on the side of the highway waiting for a tow to the garage. Extreme buyers remorse.

false advertising, no accidents? can't even step outside for a meeting that was booked what is the massive dent all about? pristine, no accidents, immaculate, so many false comments, typical used car salesman.

This is Gino. I am revising my review. So after writing my thoughts about this place. The owner nick contacted me ONLY because of the bad review being scared that he would lose business, and wanted me to take off work In order to drive my car all the way back to his dealership for him to go over the vehicle. He decided that he was only going to replace the 2 front tires(which he Did replace, but with the cheapest tires that I have never even heard of) then he also told me that he would fix my drivers seat that was in terrible condition and was never once brought up to me before purchasing the vehicle. He did not help in any other way and did not have any remorse and made me miss 2 or 3 days of work driving back and fourth to Milton. I also had to wait about 3 months for my seat to finally be fixed.. so finally after they fixed my seat. Both nick and Vince called me repetitively almost to the point where I felt like I was getting harassed for me to take down my negative comment. I did not because I am still not satisfied with their terrible unprofessional service. And now I just got a letter in the mail from “Neil Emerson Services” stating that they now are trying to sue me for $25,000 for my negative comment... LOL this place and these people are money hungry and the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. I still advise that absolutely NOBODY goes to this dealership to buy anything from these people. ALSO Goodluck Nick on trying to sue me for freedom of my speech. They made these google reviews in order for people to speak out and warn other people about people like you! I never once said anything that wasn’t true. This is hilarious!!!

Good selection of vehicles. Sales people are polite. They don't want to discuss and/ or negotiate for prices. Not sure whether that's the reason why they have such a variety of selections. The place is a little bit hard to find. The lady who answered the phone needs serious training - she picked up the phone but didn't speak and/ or respond. She did not announced the name of the business. When asked 3 times and the reason why I asked for it (as I wanted to make sure I was calling the right place) she finally told me the name of the business. When asked for the address, she did not know. She had no idea of the general directions of where the establishment is located.
