Honestly… I wasn’t impressed with how stuffy and clutter it was in there and no room too walk around in the store , great staff great service just wasnt impressed with they have that store set up
This place was one of my favourite place to shop until yesterday, I visited the store nearly after 2 months with my friend and just after few minutes an associate came to us and asked us to leave the store, and when we asked why she accused us for stealing like in couple of minutes of just being in there and we were just exploring the winter collection did not even get to look at things and she started accusing us. When we asked for proof she said they cannot provide it but forced us to leave saying the security will be here soon. I mean they clearly know how to ruin someone’s day for no reason.
This is the place to shop the store manager has this place running amazing and the staff are awesome worker's and friendly amazing stuff to get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ awesome
i came in today to drop my clothes off and immediately the girl who was helping me was very condescending and rude but i shrugged it off. i came back to pick up my items and i didn’t realize they closed at 6 on sundays. i came in at 6:02 and the girl told me they were closed and i told her my belongings were still in the store. she said i could come back tomorrow, however i was not paid for my items yet so why would i leave them with the store for free and unattended? the girl rudely and aggressively threw all of my clothes back into my bag and one of the shoe boxes i brought in came back to me empty. im not sure if ill get those back or not as i was not paid for them. as someone who has worked in retail for many years this is not how customers should treated. management needs to do better and train their employees to have manners and kindness. i understand i came when it was closed but i was not about to leave my stuff unattended overnight because of mistakes like this, where i am missing items.
I was in plato's milton today. I had somebody named Sydney, help me with picking out different brands and sizes. Great experience I will definitely be going back to this store again.
Waited over an hour and they did not accept any of the items I brought (despite being in great condition, one of the dresses still had a tag and is a popular style). Complete waste of time. I recommend selling your items on StockX or donating instead. Items in the store appear unwashed as well. Disappointed as I used to visit regularly - will not be returning.
Something was marked clearance, and then I was told it was not clearance, "That is a larger corporation standard not ours " The item was mislabeled and clearance price not honoured. I frequent the store so this is a little disappointing. Mel was the you woman who assisted me. She was pleasent when dealing with me, and explained the policy.
