We have sent our manager to your location directly on Friday 16 february. Your team has ignored to show our goods to him and they made our manager run around for over few hours. laughing, making jokes and not giving any reponse to our manager. Your team has replied to our manager that PRIDE AND ORBIT have some on going issues. We are in middle of your problems and we have nothing to do in between we need to get this merchandise asap to dallas Texas Merchandise has a deadline to arrive to dallas Texas from there it will be shipped to another country. It has cost us already a lot time and money so if someone could kindly call me so we can resolve this issue in timely manner asap before we take further action.
I bought 5 trucks from the pride truck sale. Everytime they have some issues but it has some small issues which i fixed from the mechanic. But last time i bought volvo truck 2020 around 130k which has speedometer problem. I tried to fix from my mechanic which was going very costly so then i called the pride because i towed the truck because it was not shifting the gears. First time they said they will fix it but i got the problem again and i called them again because i was getting issue. Then they told me to take milton loaction and i dropped the truck because they said they will give a truck next day evening but when i called them they said they are fixing the truck. So i reach there by the evening. I saw there they did not even touch my truck and they leave the door open which has the reason lots of dust and water inside. I checked the camera in my truck and i found they did nothing just lieing to me and they did not fix as well and i got some scratches on my truck bumper. Anmol supervisor is very rude who does not even know how to talk to customers
Very good service all time neat and clean place they provide free scale service to their fueling partners which is really great thing. Their employee mr. rajat always give best customer service. Thanks
