Will was delightful to deal with and stress free. I saw the items - placed the order - sent him a floor plan of where things were to be placed and he delivered. The delivery and pick up were easy and the quality of his rentals were perfect - they made the wedding event elegant and classy and gave a wonderful backdrop for photography and video. Would highly recommend them for any event you may be having.

We've used the Ultimate Wedding project twice, for two major events. The entire process was seamless. Will was able to provide us with beautiful centerpieces and excellent service. He came from Milton to our event in Vaughan to deliver, set up, and take down the centerpieces.
Amazing service, beautiful setup, easy communication. Will was very timely with responses, understood everything I wanted and was very easy to work with. He provided beautiful decor and also helped us with other little things. What helped the most was that he was available everytime I needed to talk to him about the decor - he made planning that part of the wedding the least stressful! I would use The Ultimate Wedding Project again for any other event!
We recently rented the gold belmont chargers for our wedding. They were of great quality and looked absolutely beautiful! Will was extremely flexible and responsive, and made the process easy for us with the setup/teardown service. He even waited past midnight until our plates were ready to be picked up.
