The sales girl with black straight hair has extremely poor customer service skills. I have been to the store multiple times because I live the brand but not even once have I had great experience with her. Today i went to the store to return an online order delivered this morning for an order placed on December 23rd. She said it’s against our policy to return past 10 days. It’s not my problem if it’s delivered to me today morning. In a nutshell, this or that every time this girl’s way of handling customers is terrible and needs some coaching. I have never had any issues with staff at other locations.
I have been in here a few times trying to shop and have had bad experiences all the times I went in. I was hoping it would get better but I was wrong. Sizes aren’t very inclusive and had only one section for tall but multiple for petite and regular, and again, it was only 1 tiny section, 1 style of jeans for pants… one colour. Also, the staff were rude to me and talked behind my back thinking I couldn’t hear them and scoffed and laughed at me a bit, again, thinking I couldn’t hear them, also, when they “helped” me, they weren’t helpful and came across as rude and judgmental. Terrible customer service, I’ve never seen such judgemental staff in my life. Definitely won’t be returning.
The sales girl was not very well informed on what and where things where in the store. I had to find what I was looking for on my own. Even after I showed it to her on line. She had black thinning hair.
Even after being closed for a long time. salespeople didn't seem interested AT ALL to help me. I was the one that made several trips from the change room to get different sizes. There was no friendly welcome I was used experiencing from the staff. Very disappointed.
They are not open until 7pm...just returned from the store...it was 6:40 and the staff didn't let me in ...their door said 16 people capacity and I could not see even 4 people inside?....I guess their staff is not in a habit of working as much as before ....very disappointed
First time visiting last month and I'll definitely be back! GREAT selection of both sales items and new arrivals. I found size availability also to be very good. The blonde lady who was working there was very friendly. She was attentive, but also allowed us to browse freely.
Store is good and staff too.. But the weird thing is I ordered through the store a cardigan in September..I never received a call or email to collect the cardigan from the store. I was going thru my receipts when I realized my cardigan was missing. Went to the store and asked about it. Store assistant said they have issues going on with their system. In have no idea if u have found out.. My money without have gone down the drain as my cardigan without have got lost. Not a good experience for online shopping.
