I have been ordering my daughter’s birthday cakes from this bakery for many years, and they never disappoint. The cakes are always absolutely delicious and beautifully designed. You can truly see the care and attention that goes into every detail. The owner is incredibly kind and genuinely caring, which makes the whole experience even more special. I can’t recommend them enough for both quality and service!!
Worst cake experience ever. My son specifically asked for a black cake because he loves dinosaurs, and I planned to add dinosaur toppers. What we received was nowhere close to what we ordered. The cake was dry like bread, with no cream inside, and instead of a black cake, we were given a light brown one. This completely ruined my son’s 3rd birthday experience, and he was visibly disappointed. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. When I showed them an example of the cake style, they told me they “don’t make grocery-store cakes,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful — especially considering the final product they gave us was worse than any grocery store cake. I cannot say whether this poor treatment was personal or something else, but the way we were spoken to made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. If you cannot deliver the product you charge for — or treat customers with basic respect — then this should be clearly stated up front. This experience has left a terrible impression, and I will never be returning. This is only the second negative review I’ve ever written in my life, but this situation truly deserved one.
I got cupcakes from Eat My Sweets for a gender reveal, and they were the tastiest cupcakes I think I’ve ever had. They provided excellent service and I’m glad I chose them for this special moment.
We ordered a bunch of sweets for our wedding and they were FLAWLESS. They were delivered to the restaurant and looked amazing but tasted even better it was mindblowing how good they were. It was such a relief to have something guaranteed nut free and nothing went to waste. The service when we were ordering things was professional and exceptionally helpful - everything was seamless and hassle-free. We will definitely be popping in on Main St for snacks in the future. I have 2 daughters that have a nut allergy so for Easter I decided to check out this new Bakery in Milton. Oh my gawd. How delicious. Bought the Ricotta/Lemon pie. It was AMAZING. Everyone loved it. Definitely will be going back. So great for my daughters to not have to worry. What a blessing.
What a great experience from start to finish! Eat My Sweets brought our mini mermaid cupcake vision to life in a beautiful and delicious way for my daughter's fifth birthday. There was a nut allergy in the group of little party goers, and I felt very confident serving these. Several parents complimented and asked where to get these cupcakes! Quick responses from the bakery, reasonably priced, and open to all suggestions. Couldn't be happier. Did I mention the fondant mermaid tails? Just awesome.
