It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to point out the shortcomings of a family owned business but the treatment received from Enesh at the front counter was truly unfortunate and extremely unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes for my order which would have been no issue if I had been informed it would take that long. Enesh had more interest in arguing with me and repeating the same thing over and over in a very hostile manner. I told her I just needed to be informed how much time my order would take but this one statement was falling on deaf ears. Her argument was that she didn’t know it would take that long. I am very understanding when it comes to mistakes but the hostile tone, refusing to acknowledge that I should not have waited for so long with no updates unless I kept pestering was astonishing. I prefer giving small family owned business my business and in return I definitely expect normal treatment. I made the mistake of asking for a birthday message- whatever was possible. Again- I have no problem in waiting if I am told how long my order will take while paying, as most restaurants usually do. For some reason once I paid I was just expected to wait for my order to be ready “soon”. If you dislike apologizing for mistakes and develop a hostile tone when confronted on why something is taking well over 20 minutes please do not work in customer service. Sad to see a hard working family have someone like this working and interacting with customers.

Best freshest cake I've ever had. We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake's here are baked & prepared fresh to order. Honestly, I've never been much of a cake guy. But this cake was just so fresh & delicious I was eating the leftovers for days and it still tasted fresh. And the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

The service was great — friendly and quick, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t good at all; I couldn’t even finish it. The pastry was decent, but nothing that stood out. There are definitely other spots that offer the same quality (or better) when it comes to baked goods. Overall, an average experience.

The desserts were lovely, however they can be quite inconsistent. Today at the Summer Fest, me and my siblings all got the same donut. It was a sugared custard donut. It was really good and the texture was moist yet airy, but my little sister got a bad one. It was visibly smaller and flatter than mine. It was stale, dense, harder than mines and small. So we took it to get it exchanged and I had to fight to get it exchanged. A too-lengthy back and forth. Its very unprofessional to give pushback to a customer when they point out an obvious issue and claim that 'all donuts are made the same' and try to undermine their issue. Old donut looked like dense, dry bread. No air pockets. The new donut was lovely and worth our money. The sugared outting is a nice crunch. But its one thing to be inconsistent, its another to cheap out and try to force a customer to waste their money. I had to be really insisting to get my sister's money worth and that's pretty lame. Not coming here again honestly, the Wisla bakery has better customer service so they'll get my money. If you're reading this, please be prepared to get a dud in your donuts or pastries and check them for burns or an abnormal look. Money doesn't come free.

Another masterpiece by Fabio at the wildflour bakery ! This guy is the best there is in Milton!!!! Only woldflour bakery does my cakes from now on! A baker , a cook & an amazing artist all in one! thank you so much!

Update March '24 : 1) WildFlower never offered reimbursement. 2) Other ppl that have had an issue with WF have very harsh comments coming back from management. 3) My Google review has reached a milestone see last pic. A better response from Management would have cost far less. Stars; one for the cake, minus 3 for the Manager. So negative 2. I prefer to give a business the opportunity to resolve an issue before leaving a negative review. Courtesy is what is needed more now than ever. Check i did that. This was given via email 4 times last night. The Manager responded with accusations of me leaving negative reviews (from another person). I completely agree with the poster of that review. The cake $40 plus tax. Strawberry Shortcake:  What was served on plates was not eaten, and the balance is going into the garbage – no one will eat it. Icing was oily / waxy and tasted like it was in the fridge for a while. Sponge cake was dry and stale – obviously a couple days old. You can taste it. Strawberries – old and shriveled, the leaves are dry and crumble. It lacked that classic taste. (photo) The produce is lacking for the reasons above. No quality control? Or are they selling older stock as fresh? The POST consumer service is what will definitely keep me away. Manager: Thank you, Wild Flour, for weeding out the lousy from great service establishments in Milton!

EDIT: They put prices on their stuff now! Firstly a few things I don't like. 1, the pricing isn't listed on the display pastries. 2, it's very pricey here and 3, they sell their day old custards for half off but it's still a dollar per custard ($6) The cinnamon buns are great. They aren't dry, they're moist, have a good amount of icing on the top and are soft and chewy, like a warm croissant. And the hot chocolate isn't chocolate water like Tim Hortons, it's hot milk with chocolate syrup.

We are sorry for that, and we already asked about what happened, sorry for today, was Summerfest, was crazy etc but doesn’t justify it, next time just ask for the owners we will take care of the situation
