These guys have helped my mom and I many times over many years and many different electronics. They've fixed phones and laptops and we've bought phones from them as well. Theyve fixed my phone screen and a laptop that had water damage, and honestly probably more I just dont remember. Most recently, I purchased a Samsung from them after my own was stolen. They made the process really quick and easy, and are very knowledgeable to help guide to make the right decision. Im really happy with my purchase and my mom ended up replacing her phone while we were there as well. She was in need of a replacement and naturally had already gone looking there but, made a final decision today after being shown some motorola offerings. The store is well stocked with good options from parts to phone cases.

Got my MacBooks screen fixed here, they do a wonderful job and they also keep their word about the warranty policy. I was in yesterday and my glasses had just broke the guys upfront helped me by fixing those for free as well!
I recently took my phone to them...I was warmly greeted by Mister Easy..He is very friendly ,professional and knowledgeable.. He fix my phone in 5 minutes and he didn't want to take money.. No greed and willing to help.. I will come back again advise others to give them business..

Although I didn't get the outcome I wanted I can respect a small business owner who attempts to maintains a high degree of ethics with their customers. - Repair Service Requested: PS5 Motherboard repair (blue lights of death) This repair shop failed to fix my Playstation 5, despite initially claiming they could diagnose and repair motherboard issues. I brought my PS5 in on June 22nd, disassembled with the motherboard exposed, and was told the repair would take 1-2 weeks. After receiving no updates for 11 days, I contacted the store on July 2nd and was informed the repair was unsuccessful. When I picked up the console, they claimed it was due to a shorted chip on the motherboard - the same issue I initially reported. They couldn't provide details about their diagnosis or even confirm they had examined the console, as it was returned in the exact condition I dropped it off. Throughout the process, communication was poor and misleading. During the initial drop-off, I informed them the issue was with a shorted capacitor/chip on the motherboard, and I was told they would be able to diagnose the issue further and inform me what the root issue was prior to authorizing a repair. Instead of following through on this, I was texted a few days later that this requires a motherboard repair (I already knew that), for which they charge a flat fee ($220) for diagnosis and repair without providing any further information about the issue. They didn’t diagnose / test the motherboard components as they promised. After two weeks, my PS5 was returned unrepaired, and I was no closer to understanding the problem. I strongly advise avoiding this repair shop for any Playstation 5 issues.
