An absolute gem of a place! The service and expertise here is exactly what you would hope for but probably wouldn't believe actually exists. I had a beloved laptop that was still going strong, but the screen was starting to get finicky, until it just fully gave up. I was about ready to toss the laptop, but I'm glad I took it to Crave. In no time at all they diagnosed and fixed the issue, and I'm reunited again, filled with the joy of having discovered this team of professionals. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I got my first labtop here 5-6 years ago. when i was geting my first labop my mom had to help me alot and everyone there was realy nice, i got my 2nd labtop here a day ago and the staff still helped me and my mom with finding a good labtop wile also filling both of our requierments. very good store and kind peaple that work here :)
I had an issue with a letter on my keyboard that was constantly sticking, and it was becoming really frustrating. We tried about three different places before coming to Crave Systems, and each one either wasn’t able to help or said the whole keyboard would likely need to be replaced. When I brought it to Chris, he was so easy to work with, friendly, and straightforward. He took a look and within minutes was able to fix the problem by simply placing the key back on properly. He didn’t complicate the situation or try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. It was such a relief to have someone helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient resolve the issue so quickly. I would highly recommend Chris and Crave Systems for any computer or tech repair needs. I read great things about this place on MiltonStrong FB group. I desperately needed my 2012 MacBook looked at as it runs so slow and takes forever to load anything that I don't have the patience to use it anymore.
