Very bad service!! Disrespectful staff, gave them some clothes and they returned them with some of them missing. Turns out they lost the piece and would not own up for their mistake, the cleaning was terrible as well. Would not recommend going there at all!
Picked up my dry clean to discover that my work suits were full of lint and wrinkles. They took it back to get the items dry cleaned again which took an additional 4 days. The owner did not apologize or provide any compensation. Do not get your clothes dry cleaned at this place!
Took my Rudsak coat there to dryclean. They left the glue marks at front and sleeves of the jacket .when I confronted the owner refused and said I am blaming him. He was very rude and disrespectful. Paid $65 even collars are darker in color as compared to the jacket..owner refused to refund or even fix it ...Be carefull with expensive clothing....not going to this place again....very bad experience ..
Extremely rude and unprofessional and charged for cleaning a stain which they could not do. Then shouting inside the shop instead of speaking respectfully. Should have informed that could not provide service before charging. It doesn't seem like it was even cleaned at all and just kept in the shop for days, as came back with more dust on it. Will never use their services even for free.
I love this place! The friendly guy there is so helpful, kind and honest. I had a wedding to go to they were able to accommodate me last minute. Since then I bring in all my alteration needs and they take care of it so perfectly. Kevin is a new owner and he's fantastic! Highly recommend it!
Terrible experience. I sent my Pea coat to get dry cleaned. Once I got it back and took it home, I noticed both pockets were ripped and had a safety pin in the fabric in an attempt to keep it together. On top of that, the coat was a lot dirtier than before getting it "cleaned". There was double the amount of lint on the inside of the coat, there were 2 white chemical stains on the front of the coat and the pocket flaps were ripped. When I went back to the store to show him the rips, he told me that the pockets were ripped from before. When I showed him the lint all over the coat and how dirty it STILL was, he said thats just how the jacket is and it can be cleaned further with a lint remover. I told him that its not my job to clean it with a lint remover after paying to have it cleaned by your company. He didn't offer me my money back and blamed the pockets being ripped on me. I told him that this is no way to do business and that he just lost a client. The man got VERY angry, told me he doesn't need my business because he deals with thousands of clients. He told me to take my business elsewhere and get out of the store. Dryclean 4 U, absolutely terrible customer service. This review and a disappointed customer could have been avoided with an apology and a solution. Instead, the man felt the need to blame the customer and save a few bucks. DO NOT go to this dry cleaner!
